Come vanno prese in un quadro di allenamenti quotidianio"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Le proteine in polvere sono diventate il simbolo dell\u2019allenamento \u201cfatto bene\u201d, ma la realt\u00e0 \u00e8 pi\u00f9 semplice: sono uno strumento logistico.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Servono quando devi raggiungere una quota proteica quotidiana senza trasformare ogni pasto in una trattativa con frigo, tempo e fame, soprattutto se ti alleni spesso.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><script src=\"https:\/\/pl21813121.effectivegatecpm.com\/19\/1a\/af\/191aafd48b313990ec3b2848d9bca18b.js\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>Non sono un sostituto della dieta perch\u00e9 non portano tutto ci\u00f2 che porta un piatto vero: fibre, micronutrienti, variet\u00e0 di grassi e carboidrati. Ho notato che quando vengono usate per \u201ccoprire\u201d pasti saltati, l\u2019effetto \u00e8 l\u2019opposto di quello desiderato: fame pi\u00f9 avanti, energia ballerina e un\u2019alimentazione pi\u00f9 povera, non pi\u00f9 performante.<\/p>\n<h2>Vegane vs &#8220;classiche&#8221;: la differenza \u00e8 tecnica, non ideologica<\/h2>\n<p>La distinzione tra proteine \u201cclassiche\u201d (siero del latte\/whey, caseina) e proteine vegane (pisello, riso, soia, blend) non \u00e8 una guerra di tifoserie. \u00c8 questione di profilo aminoacidico, digeribilit\u00e0 e risposta pratica. Non significa che \u201c<strong>valgono meno<\/strong>\u201d: significa che vanno scelte con attenzione e con porzioni coerenti con il proprio obiettivo e tolleranza digestiva. Ho notato anche un altro dettaglio: alcune persone digeriscono meglio le vegane, altre gonfiano di pi\u00f9. Il corpo, su questo, \u00e8 pi\u00f9 affidabile delle etichette.<\/p>\n<h3>Prima o dopo l\u2019allenamento: come assumerle ogni giorno senza fissazioni<\/h3>\n<p>Nel quotidiano, la regola che funziona \u00e8 una: conta il totale giornaliero e la regolarit\u00e0, non l\u2019ansia del minuto perfetto. Se ti alleni spesso, \u00e8 utile distribuire le proteine nella giornata, invece di concentrare tutto la sera. <strong>Una dose pratica per molti \u00e8 uno shake da 20\u201330 g di proteine<\/strong> (la quantit\u00e0 esatta dipende da peso, dieta e obiettivo), da usare come \u201cponte\u201d quando il pasto vero \u00e8 lontano.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><script async=\"async\" data-cfasync=\"false\" src=\"https:\/\/pl22692455.effectivegatecpm.com\/884d74dcfb1a31d043e0df900773c86c\/invoke.js\"><\/script><\/p>\n<div id=\"container-884d74dcfb1a31d043e0df900773c86c\"><\/div>\n<p>Prima dell\u2019allenamento pu\u00f2 essere utile se vai in palestra a digiuno o con poca colazione: qualcosa di leggero 30\u201360 minuti prima ti evita di arrivare scarica.
