Perch\u00e9 la crema alle nocciole non \u00e8 solo un ingrediente: \u00e8 una promessa di golosit\u00e0 che tiene fede a s\u00e9 stessa in ogni morso.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><script>\n  atOptions = {\n    'key' : '1b90a9f494f39ac08fe498c54b31c2c4',\n    'format' : 'iframe',\n    'height' : 50,\n    'width' : 320,\n    'params' : {}\n  };\n<\/script><br \/>\n<script src=\"https:\/\/www.highperformanceformat.com\/1b90a9f494f39ac08fe498c54b31c2c4\/invoke.js\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>Io questi nutellotti li preparo quando ho voglia di qualcosa di semplice ma che lasci il segno. E quel cuore morbido che si scioglie dentro \u00e8 esattamente quello che cerco.<\/p>\n<h2>Questa ricetta dei nutellotti \u00e8 una vera chicca: ecco gli ingredienti<\/h2>\n<p>La bellezza dei nutellotti sta nella loro essenzialit\u00e0. Non servono bilance sofisticate n\u00e9 tecniche da pasticceria avanzata. Bastano pochi ingredienti, quelli che si trovano in qualsiasi dispensa, e la voglia di sporcarsi le mani di farina. La loro particolarit\u00e0 \u00e8 tutta nel contrasto: fuori sono compatti, appena croccanti, dentro trattengono una morbidezza che quasi si scioglie. Si aggiunge l&#8217;uovo e si mescola con una spatola o con le fruste elettriche a bassa velocit\u00e0, fino a ottenere una crema liscia e omogenea. Ci vuole un minuto, non di pi\u00f9. Poi si incorpora la farina setacciata, poco per volta, continuando a mescolare dal basso verso l&#8217;alto per non smontare il composto. L&#8217;impasto che si ottiene \u00e8 morbido, appiccicoso, quasi molle. \u00c8 normale che sia cos\u00ec.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><script async=\"async\" data-cfasync=\"false\" src=\"https:\/\/pl22692455.effectivegatecpm.com\/884d74dcfb1a31d043e0df900773c86c\/invoke.js\"><\/script><\/p>\n<div id=\"container-884d74dcfb1a31d043e0df900773c86c\"><\/div>\n<p>Si copre la ciotola con pellicola trasparente e si lascia riposare in frigorifero per almeno trenta minuti. Questo passaggio \u00e8 fondamentale: il freddo rassoda i grassi della Nutella e permette alla farina di idratarsi completamente. Senza riposo, l&#8217;impasto sarebbe impossibile da lavorare.<\/p>\n<p>Trascorso il tempo, <strong>si accende il forno a 170 gradi in modalit\u00e0 statica<\/strong>. Si riprende l&#8217;impasto e, con le mani leggermente inumidite per evitare che si attacchi, si formano delle palline grandi come una noce. Si dispongono su una teglia rivestita di carta forno, lasciando spazio tra l&#8217;una e l&#8217;altra perch\u00e9 in cottura si allargano leggermente.<\/p>\n<p>Con il pollice o con il manico di un cucchiaio di legno si crea un incavo al centro di ogni pallina. Si inforna per dieci minuti esatti. Non uno di pi\u00f9, altrimenti i biscotti diventano secchi e perdono quella morbidezza interna che li rende speciali. Una spolverata di granella di nocciole e i nutellotti sono pronti.
