Perch\u00e9 il problema non \u00e8 la tazzina in s\u00e9. \u00c8 quello che accade dopo l&#8217;ennesima. \u00c8 la differenza tra un piacere e un eccesso.<\/p>\n<h2>Benefici reali e controindicazioni da non sottovalutare<\/h2>\n<p>Partiamo dai fatti. Il caff\u00e8, preso con testa, fa anche bene. La caffeina stimola il sistema nervoso centrale, migliora la concentrazione e aiuta a ridurre la sensazione di fatica. \u00c8 ricco di antiossidanti, quelli che combattono i radicali liberi e tengono a bada l&#8217;infiammazione cellulare. Superato un certo limite, la caffeina smette di essere un alleato e diventa un problema. Aumenta la pressione, accelera il battito, irrita lo stomaco, tiene svegli la notte. E se soffri d&#8217;ansia, pu\u00f2 trasformare una normale giornata in un tunnel di nervosismo.<\/p>\n<h3>Quanti caff\u00e8 al giorno e come distribuirli<\/h3>\n<p>Il punto \u00e8 tutto qui: quanti sono troppi?<strong> La scienza d\u00e0 numeri abbastanza precisi<\/strong>. Per un adulto sano, la soglia di sicurezza si aggira intorno ai 300-400 milligrammi di caffeina al giorno. Tradotto: tre, massimo quattro caff\u00e8. Ma attenzione, perch\u00e9 non contano solo quelli. La caffeina \u00e8 nascosta anche nel t\u00e8, nelle bevande energetiche, nella cioccolata. E poi c&#8217;\u00e8 il come. Bere un caff\u00e8 alle otto di sera \u00e8 un conto, berlo alle otto del mattino un altro.
