Ecco perch\u00e9 devi provare questa ricetta!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I suoi grappoli viola, che decorano pergolati e giardini, nascondono una sorpresa: i piccoli petali, se staccati con cura dal resto della pianta, che \u00e8 tossica e va maneggiata con attenzione,\u00a0hanno un sapore delicato, floreale e leggermente dolce. Per gustarli al meglio, la frittura in pastella \u00e8 una delle preparazioni pi\u00f9 semplici e gustose. Ma per chi segue un\u2019alimentazione vegana o semplicemente vuole evitare le uova, esiste una versione leggera e altrettanto croccante che non richiede ingredienti di origine animale.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019importante \u00e8 raccogliere i fiori lontano da strade trafficate e da trattamenti chimici, e usare solo i petali, lasciando stare il resto della pianta.<\/p>\n<h2>Una pastella senza uova, leggera e croccante per il glicine: ecco la ricetta<\/h2>\n<p>La pastella vegana per il glicine si prepara con pochi ingredienti e senza alcuna difficolt\u00e0. L\u2019acqua frizzante ghiacciata \u00e8 l\u2019elemento chiave: le bolle di anidride carbonica rendono la pastella pi\u00f9 ariosa e leggera, evitando che assorba troppo olio durante la frittura. La farina 00, un pizzico di sale e un cucchiaio di olio extravergine completano il composto. <strong>Niente<\/strong> <strong>latte<\/strong>, <strong>niente<\/strong> <strong>uova<\/strong>, <strong>niente<\/strong> <strong>derivati<\/strong>. Il risultato \u00e8 una pastella che aderisce perfettamente ai petali senza appesantirli, e che in cottura diventa dorata e fragrante. Per chi vuole un tocco in pi\u00f9, si pu\u00f2 aggiungere un cucchiaino di curcuma per dare colore, o un po\u2019 di paprika dolce per un leggero affumicato. Ma la versione base \u00e8 gi\u00e0 perfetta per esaltare il sapore delicato del glicine.<\/p>\n<p>Ecco di seguito gli ingredienti che ci serviranno per la preparazione del nostro glicine in pastella:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>100 grammi di farina 00<\/li>\n<li>120 ml di acqua frizzante ghiacciata<\/li>\n<li>1 cucchiaio di olio extravergine d\u2019oliva<\/li>\n<li>1 pizzico di sale<\/li>\n<li>Grappoli di glicine (solo i petali).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Il procedimento per una frittura leggera e sicura<\/h3>\n<p>Si comincia staccando delicatamente i petali di glicine dai grappoli,<strong> scartando il picciolo e le parti verdi<\/strong>. Si lavano con cura e si asciugano tamponando con carta da cucina. In una ciotola, si mescola la farina con il sale, poi si aggiunge l\u2019acqua frizzante ghiacciata poco alla volta, mescolando con una frusta per evitare grumi. Si incorpora l\u2019olio e si mescola fino a ottenere una pastella liscia e fluida, ma non troppo liquida.
