L\u2019assenza di burro e latte li rende adatti a chi ha intolleranze, ma anche a chi cerca una merenda pi\u00f9 leggera senza rinunciare al gusto.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019impasto si lavora in pochi minuti, non richiede attrezzature speciali, e il risultato \u00e8 una teglia di biscotti che conquista al primo morso.<\/p>\n<p>Perfetti per la colazione, per accompagnare una tazza di t\u00e8, o per la merenda dei bambini. Chi li assaggia non indovina mai che non c\u2019\u00e8 traccia di burro.<\/p>\n<h2>La ricetta che ti salva la colazione: il miele conquista tutti<\/h2>\n<p>La mattina, il corpo ha bisogno di energia ma non di grassi pesanti. Questi biscotti, grazie al miele, forniscono zuccheri naturali a lento assorbimento, che danno la carica senza picchi glicemici. Una porzione di tre biscotti (circa 40 grammi) <strong>apporta mediamente 160-180 calorie<\/strong>, un quantitativo che si inserisce bene in una colazione equilibrata. L\u2019olio di semi, al posto del burro, li rende pi\u00f9 digeribili e leggeri. Inoltre, il miele contiene antiossidanti e ha propriet\u00e0 lenitive, perfette per iniziare la giornata con dolcezza. Ecco gli ingredienti per una trentina di biscotti:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>250 g di farina 00<\/li>\n<li>100 g di miele (di acacia o millefiori)<\/li>\n<li>80 ml di olio di semi di girasole<\/li>\n<li>1 uovo<\/li>\n<li>1 cucchiaino di lievito per dolci<\/li>\n<li>Scorza grattugiata di 1 limone non trattato<\/li>\n<li>1 pizzico di sale<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Il procedimento per biscotti friabili e profumati<\/h3>\n<p>In una ciotola, mescolare la farina con il lievito, la scorza di limone e il sale. A parte, sbattere l\u2019uovo con l\u2019olio e il miele fino a ottenere un composto omogeneo. Versare i liquidi nella farina e impastare con le mani giusto il tempo di formare un panetto. Non lavorare troppo, altrimenti i biscotti diventano duri. Infornare per 12-15 minuti, fino a doratura sui bordi. Sfornare e lasciare raffreddare completamente.
